Visitors must arrive at the entrance to the Quirinale Palace, Piazza del Quirinale, 50 minutes before the concert starts, and must bring a valid identification document.

If the names provided at the time of booking do not match those on the identification documents, visitors will be denied access.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Late arrivals will not be admitted to the Palace.

Concerts may be cancelled for institutional reasons. In such cases, visitors may request a refund.

Access to the Quirinale Palace costs €2.50 per person.

Audio or video recording is not permitted.
