The experience is enhanced by a multimedia project created under the direction of <strong class=\"x7amdea\">Piero Angela<\/strong>, together with a team of specialists including <strong class=\"x7amdea\">Paco Lanciano<\/strong> and <strong class=\"x7amdea\">Gaetano Capasso<\/strong>. Through virtual reconstructions, computer graphics and videos, the ancient structures are brought back to life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x1yc453h xma8rkl xgoqxah xutxfr x1fie51u xgyxj25 x1xobyvs x1elgs31 x1fv8qjw xcy5tzr x1ht4adc xnvauns x1c2l018 x14l7nz5 xuw7688 x1pjt2rx x160d6zm xrxpjvj\" dir=\"ltr\" data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"11\">Visitors can see walls, rooms, peristyles, baths, kitchens, furnishings and decorations virtually reconstructed, allowing them to experience what a great Roman domus may have looked like.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x1yc453h xma8rkl xgoqxah xutxfr x1fie51u xgyxj25 x1xobyvs x1elgs31 x1fv8qjw xcy5tzr x1ht4adc xnvauns x1c2l018 x14l7nz5 xuw7688 x1pjt2rx x160d6zm xrxpjvj\" dir=\"ltr\" data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"12\">The archaeological complex also offers a dedicated itinerary focusing on the area around <strong class=\"x7amdea\">Trajan\u2019s Column<\/strong>. Visitors can see the remains of monumental structures, including a large concrete platform, walls built with large blocks of travertine and tuff, and fragments of colossal columns made from single blocks of grey Egyptian granite. The archaeological remains also include brick-built rooms with vaulted ceilings dating to the early years of the Emperor Hadrian, according to the stamps found on the bricks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x1yc453h xma8rkl xgoqxah xutxfr x1fie51u xgyxj25 x1xobyvs x1elgs31 x1fv8qjw xcy5tzr x1ht4adc xnvauns x1c2l018 x14l7nz5 xuw7688 x1pjt2rx x160d6zm xrxpjvj\" dir=\"ltr\" data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"13\">The multimedia exhibition helps visitors understand how the area surrounding Trajan\u2019s Column appeared in antiquity.
